Welcome to Shimmerly. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of shimmerly.page and any purchase you make from Shimmerly Jewels, operating from Rampura, Kota, Rajasthan 324 006, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About our jewellery

Every piece is handcrafted by artisans. Small variations in colour, finish, stone placement, and weight are natural characteristics of handmade jewellery and are not defects. Product photographs are shot under studio lighting and actual shades may differ slightly.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm each order on WhatsApp before we ship.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, invalid pincode, or repeated undelivered COD orders.
You must be 18 or older to place an order.

3. Pricing and payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
UPI (prepaid) and Cash on Delivery are the accepted payment methods. A small handling fee may apply on COD.
UPI payments are processed by our upstream payment partner. Shimmerly does not store your UPI, card, or bank credentials.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines, charges, and courier partners are described in our Shipping & Refund Policy.

5. Warranty and quality

Our jewellery is warranted against manufacturing defects for the duration described on the product page.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, mishandling, exposure to chemicals or perfumes, accidental damage, or loss.
Any repair or replacement is at Shimmerly's discretion after an inspection.

6. Returns and refunds

Please read our full Shipping & Refund Policy. Custom-made, personalised, or engraved pieces are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

7. Intellectual property

All product photographs, illustrations, videos, copy, and the Shimmerly name and logo are the property of Shimmerly Jewels. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce them without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Place fraudulent or automated orders.
Interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability.
Impersonate any person or misuse another customer's contact details.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Shimmerly's total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

10. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including courier strikes, natural disasters, regulatory shutdowns, or network outages.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kota, Rajasthan.
